Terms of access (review draft)
Subject to Peak Impact OPC owner and legal approval before publication.
Production checkout remains disabled until Peak Impact OPC's owner and legal reviewer approve these terms, the lawful basis and privacy notice, and the retention schedule. This draft does not supply or invent those approvals.
Annual access
Annual access provides one year of access to LutoKit for ₱1,499, paid in one payment.
No automatic renewal.
New buyers receive access and setup instructions by email after verified fulfillment. An eligible renewal adds one year using LutoKit's verified renewal rules; it does not create an automatic renewal instruction or a saved-card charge.
Payment verification
You may be offered GCash, Maya, QRPh, or card payment through Xendit, subject to provider and channel availability. Only payment verified against Xendit's authoritative server record can start fulfillment.
A browser return, QR display, or card-component completion message does not by itself confirm payment or grant access. If a payment needs review, access waits for an authorized verification outcome.
Refunds and receipts
No refunds except where applicable law requires.
Refund requests are reviewed by support and processed manually by an authorized operator. LutoKit does not offer an automatic or self-service refund action.
Official receipts are issued and managed by Peak Impact OPC's authorized finance team. Support may receive a receipt request and route it to finance, but support does not issue or manage official receipts. LutoKit does not automatically issue an official receipt through the checkout page.
Availability and support
Production checkout is available only when LutoKit's payment, CRM, legal-notice, and retention configuration passes the production enablement gate. For purchase, payment, refund, receipt, or access help, email support@peak.net.ph.
