Information and purposes
At the contact stage, we collect your full name and email before payment to create and support your purchase record, send checkout and access messages, and protect checkout from misuse. We also process payment status and purchase records to verify payment, fulfill or renew access, provide support, and maintain appropriate finance records.
If you contact support, we process the contact information and request details you send so authorized personnel can respond, investigate the issue, and maintain an appropriate support record.
Calculator recipe data stays only in this browser's memory and is cleared when you refresh the page. It is not saved to a LutoKit account or sent to Peak Impact OPC by this public calculator.
Payment and service recipients
Xendit receives the information needed to create and process your selected GCash, Maya, QRPh, or card payment. Card details are entered in Xendit's PCI-managed component. LutoKit does not receive or store your card number or card security code.
Authorized Peak Impact OPC personnel and service providers may access purchase, access, support, and payment-status information only as needed for their assigned purpose. Transactional checkout, access, security, and support messages are separate from marketing.
LutoKit marketing and objection
Peak CRM receives your submitted name and email, a non-identifying LutoKit contact reference, notice version, LutoKit-only marketing status, and an unsubscribe link. Peak CRM must not use this contact for non-LutoKit outreach.
You may object to LutoKit direct marketing at any time. The unsubscribe link acts immediately on LutoKit's local marketing suppression record; LutoKit then keeps retrying only the Peak CRM suppression update until it is mirrored. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional or service messages.
Lawful basis and retention review
The owner and legal reviewer must approve and record the applicable lawful basis for checkout, access fulfillment, records, support, and LutoKit-only direct marketing before publication. This review draft does not make that legal determination.
No retention period is invented in this review draft. Production enablement requires an owner-approved retention schedule version that matches the approved legal-notice and checkout-configuration versions.
Analytics and your rights
This release uses no Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), or external marketing analytics.
You may request access, correction, deletion, object to processing, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. Send privacy requests or direct-marketing objections to support@peak.net.ph.
